We hand-pour all of our candles in small batches with love and intention. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

• Shipping Methods: We currently ship via USPS to all U.S. states.

• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

• Free Shipping: Orders over $75 ship free!

• Local Delivery: Available in select Florida areas — keep an eye out for this option at checkout when eligible.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Because our products are handmade and carefully inspected, all sales are final. However, your experience matters deeply to us.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@beesandbotany.com within 5 days of delivery at [your email here], and we’ll make it right — whether that’s a replacement or store credit.
